TOTAL PLUMBING CARE PEACE OF MIND PROGRAM

In today’s modern plumbing systems, most leaks and failures are due to a failure to perform the proper maintenance. The Total Plumbing Care Peace of Mind Program includes an annual inspection to ensure that your water lines are free of leans and that your fixtures are in good working order. We will back up our inspection with a written report of your system.

Maintaining these systems will provide longer fixture life, fewer repairs, and may result in lower water bills!

During our comprehensive inspection, our professional service technicians will:

Locate and tag main water and hose faucet shut-off valves
Visually inspect hot and cold water lines for leaks, cracks and wear
Check clothes washer hoses for leaks, cracks and wear
Clean or replace standard chrome faucet aerators, when readily removable
Check all accessible fixtures for leaks, cracks and wear
Check all hose faucets for leaks, cracks and wear
Test operation of all readily accessible sump pumps.
Dye test all toilets for leaks
Check all drains for proper flow
Check water heater for proper operation and safety
Flush water heater and refill, if possible
Check water temperature

Upon completion of the inspection, our service technicians will make any suggestions or recommendations for your plumbing system and will provide a written estimate.

Wash condenser coil with water, when readily accessible
Lubricate motors and bearings, where applicable
Adjust all drive belts and pulleys

Check heat exchanger and flue assembly for wear and damage
Check burners and pilot assembly
